By accessing or using any services, mobile applications, or websites provided by Next Vision Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or related systems.

All content, features, and functionality of our services -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the design and arrangement thereof -- are owned by Next Vision Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our express prior written consent.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5. App Store Terms

Our mobile applications may be downloaded through third-party app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Your use of such applications is also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store.

You acknowledge that these Terms of Use are between you and Next Vision Ltd only, and not with the app store provider. The app store provider has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to our applications.

In the event of any failure of our application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the app store provider, and they may refund the purchase price (if any) for the application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app store provider will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the application.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Next Vision Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use our services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services.
• Any content obtained from our services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
